Muskingum College dedicated the Walter K. Chess Collegiate Center October 17th.   This facility provides a new student center replete with all the amenities and is a unifying link for the Campus.  The campus terrain that once divided two residential hills;  now is joined by the building and a 330 ft pedestrian bridge.  Designed with durable materials, this building is expected to last a hundred years or more with minimal maintenance.   Bialosky+Partners Architects' commitment to sustainability and LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, helped garner the client a $700,000 Kresge grant.  The facility was recently featured in an article of The Builders Exchange Magazine.  See the parable we penned for the selection interview that received a standing ovation from the client.
