This multi-tenant building redefined the Eton persona and introduced a modern and refined vision for the center’s classically detailed language. The development of an exquisite palette of fresh and inventive materials allowed for the creation of a bold yet simplistic façade framework that provides each tenant with a unique presence within a shared family of design criteria. Signage and branding were thoughtfully melded with the design aesthetic to promote identity and intuitive entry identification.
Each national tenant, Starbucks Coffee, Chipotle, and AT&T, coexist within the framework of this common aesthetic, while at the same time are able to promote their individual brands. Even the outboard utility/trash enclosure is designed to reinforce the amalgamation of the building forms and allow for the building to read through while enhancing its street presence. All this, while maintaining the developer’s aggressive budget and schedule constraints.
