Informed by the city’s agricultural history, Avon’s reimagined public library reflects a modern silhouette that draws inspiration from the area’s historic homes and greenhouses. The initial design was presented on February 3rd and resonated with the public. “We really want to spark the imagination to the fact that this is not just a larger version of what is there now, but something that will truly be reimagined,” said Principal Aaron Hill. Read the coverage, view more renderings, and see public comments on The Morning Journal and The Chronicle. City of Avon residents will vote on the levy to fund the project on March 17th.
