Selected partners will receive custom design services tailored to their specific needs. The partnership provides up to $20,000 in pro-bono design and consultation services. Our scope may include visioning sessions, site analysis, feasibility studies, master planning, site planning, conceptual design, and architectural and interior design consultation.

We're seeking organizations that demonstrate both need and readiness for design services. Eligible partners must be registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits, in good standing with and authorized to do business within the state by the State of Ohio, and with a maximum annual operating budget (expenses) of $3 million. Preference is given to Organizations whose project is located within 50 miles of Cleveland. Projects preferably fall within these parameters:

To be considered, and submitted, all required application fields must be completed. Each application will be reviewed and scored based upon the following Criteria:
The application review and selection process, including any applicable follow up conversations with the applicant, is anticipated to take one month.
