Initial plans for the literary-inspired Library Lofts quickly won approval from the city’s Euclid Corridor Design Review Committee last week. The apartment building, containing over 180 units, will be built above the future Martin Luther King, Jr. Branch of Cleveland Public Library along Euclid Avenue in University Circle.

The overall design is an expression of the literary forms found beneath it; enabling effective responses to the site, tenants, and amenities that will come to exist in the building.
