Construction continues at the Library Lofts in University Circle as part of the Circle Square Development. Sitting atop the new two-story MLK Branch of the Cleveland Public Library, Library Lofts has a façade design inspired by a thoughtfully arranged bookshelf that creates a variety of textures, tones, and transparencies. Work is currently underway on the concrete podium and foundation, comprised of drilled piers, grade beams, and 4’-0” x 1’-6” rectangular columns. Once complete, Library Lofts will rise 11 stories above Euclid Avenue, providing 207 market rate apartments.
