The Euclid Library revitalization project undertakes a comprehensive renovation that addresses failing infrastructure, improves operational efficiency, and introduces new services while honoring the building's significance to Euclid residents.

The interior is organized around a new circulation spine that provides clear wayfinding and creates a framework for spatial efficiency. Space has been thoughtfully reallocated by consolidating collections and staff areas to make room for new programs without expanding the building footprint. A refreshed interior palette inspired by Euclid's identity as "the lakefront city" invigorates the space throughout.

The renovation successfully transforms a building compromised by decades of piecemeal interventions into a cohesive, forward-looking facility. While preserving what residents valued most, the project implements fundamental systems upgrades and creates more visually open, flexible spaces that can adapt to evolving library services, offering a renewed civic resource for "The Lakefront City."

The project is currently under construction, opening to the public in Spring 2026.
